Role Description Infinity Rehab is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide Telehealth services in Colorado. - Work-life balance: flexible schedule M-F, Tu-Sa, or Su-Th, 4, 6, or 8 hours/day - Technology: Utilization of NetHealth for point of service documentation with laptop or iPad - Clinical Expertise: Leaders in the industry with standardized assessments and evidence-based practice for maximization of patient care and optimal results - Employee Centric: Therapist run organization understands and supports our therapists professionally - Continuing Education: Providing free CEU opportunities through CEU360, excellent health benefits and 401K opportunities - Market Leadership: Certified Great Place to Work - Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary - Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication under physicians’ orders - Supervise COTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve Qualifications - Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program - Successful completion of National Certification Examination for Registered Occupational Therapist - Current state licensure - must have a Colorado license - One year of experience as an OT in a SNF setting
