• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and design cloud solutions that meet their requirements. • Configure and deploy various AWS services, ensuring to implement best practices for security, performance, and cost optimization. • Continuously monitor and optimize clients' AWS environments to ensure performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. • Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service. • Support commercial efforts by presenting Professional Services capabilities to perspective clients in seminars and tradeshows, or giving technical presentations, as required. • Responsible for the appropriate accessing and handling of electronic Protected Health Information (PHI) as outlined by policy and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
