Role Description We are looking for a commercially sharp, analytically brilliant Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist to own and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo. This isn't a role for fluff or vanity metrics; you will be digging into hard data, finding root causes, and directly impacting our clients' bottom lines. - Data-Driven Strategy: Analyse complex data sets to identify growth bottlenecks and commercial opportunities for 7 and 8-figure ecommerce stores. - Campaign Architecture: Build, optimise, and scale high-performing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Retention channels. - Commercial Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, communicating performance data clearly and translating technical metrics into business ROI. - Managed Channels: Google Ads (70%), Microsoft Ads (10%), Meta Ads (10%), Klaviyo (10%). - Continuous Testing: Run rigorous A/B tests across ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to squeeze maximum efficiency out of ad spend. Qualifications - Minimum 5+ years of commercial e-commerce performance marketing experience (preferably agency-side). - A degree in a quantitative, analytical, or STEM subject is essential (e.g. Economics, Data Science, Maths, Science, Computing, or highly analytical Business/Marketing degrees). - Active Google Ads Certification is mandatory. - You have a strong commercial acumen and high attention to detail. - You are highly comfortable leveraging modern AI tools (e.g. Gemini Pro, Claude Pro/Max or ChatGPT Business) to optimise your daily productivity and output. - Strong presentational and client communication skills are essential. - Candidates must be physically based in the UK and hold the right to work without restriction.
