• Manage direct account responsibilities for National Builders and Big-Box Retailers throughout the United States • Proactively source, identify, and obtain new business opportunities with both new and existing customers; manage resources needed to support these opportunities • Maximize growth and profitability for the National Builder Program and Big-Box Retailer business • Lead all contract negotiations with National Builder Accounts and Big-Box Retailers, including coordinating with marketing and senior management • Develop and implement account plans for each key customer in the builder segment and communicate plan components to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate with R&D, Management, and Marketing to identify and design customer-based solutions within our product portfolio
