Role Description - Translate business objectives and customer needs into a defined product vision and a long-term roadmap for development. - Conduct data-driven competitive research and analysis to identify opportunities for digital transformation and technology innovation. - Create detailed product requirements and user stories, and maintain the prioritized feature backlog to meet release schedules. - Work closely with engineering, UX design, IT, and sales teams as a functional lead to ensure the delivery of scalable product solutions. - Handle the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including concept validation, technical feasibility, launch, and future iterations. - Partner with UI/UX teams to review product designs and ensure they meet usability standards and user experience goals. - Monitor key product performance indicators (KPIs) and use data analysis to recommend adjustments to the product roadmap. - Provide regular updates on product status, project risks, and key milestones to internal stakeholders and business units. - Use post-launch reviews and customer feedback to identify and implement continuous improvements to the product. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, MIS, or Computer Science. - 5 years of experience in product management or related occupation. - Prior work experience must include 2 years in B2B distribution. Requirements - Experience with JIRA, ERP, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
