Role Description We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Sales Manager to spearhead direct brand acquisition and development in the Indonesian market. This is a strategic, senior-level sales position focused on building long-term, high-quality partnerships with major brand advertisers — not high-volume or short-term deals. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our presence in Indonesia, driving sustainable revenue through premium CTV, OTT, large-screen, digital video, and programmatic advertising solutions. Key Responsibilities - Market Development & Direct Brand Sales - Expand reach and acquire direct brand advertisers in key industries: FMCG, Automotive, Finance, Internet/Tech, Consumer Electronics (3C), and similar sectors. - Engage directly with brand marketing and digital marketing decision-makers to secure and grow CTV/OTT/large-screen advertising budgets. - Own the full sales cycle independently: lead generation, solution presentation, needs assessment, negotiation, contract closing, and ongoing account expansion. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of premium brand clients for long-term growth. - Client & Relationship Management - Develop deep understanding of clients' marketing goals, budget structures, decision-making processes, and annual planning cycles. - Serve as a trusted strategic partner, delivering tailored media recommendations, placement strategies, and actionable insights to optimize campaign performance. - Nurture core client relationships to maximize repeat business, increase annual spend, and achieve high retention rates. - Market Intelligence & Strategic Input - Monitor the Indonesian advertising landscape, CTV/OTT ecosystem evolution, competitor moves, and emerging trends. - Provide regular feedback to headquarters on local market needs to refine products, pricing, packaging, and overall business models. - Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies tailored to the Indonesian market. Qualifications - 7+ years of proven experience in digital advertising / media sales in the Indonesian market. - Demonstrated success in directly serving brand advertisers (direct-to-brand experience essential; agency-only background insufficient). - Strong familiarity with CTV, OTT, online video, programmatic advertising, and large-screen media solutions — advertiser priorities and capabilities. - Verifiable network of brand-side contacts and decision-makers in Indonesia (consumer brands preferred). - Track record of independently acquiring major clients, negotiating significant budgets, and closing complex deals. Requirements - Proactive market developer comfortable building from the ground up, even in evolving or resource-constrained environments. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and commercial skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. - Native Bahasa speaker (mandatory). - Professional working proficiency in English (for internal collaboration, reporting, and international communication). - Results-driven with a long-term strategic mindset. - Highly self-motivated, independent, and capable of thriving with high autonomy in the early stages of market development. - Strong business acumen, integrity, and professionalism.
