Role Description Help keep a growing business running smoothly from the inside out. As our Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Cylo team by keeping processes, systems, and reporting on track as the business continues to evolve. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of day-to-day operations, finance administration, and platform support, working closely with a small, supportive team that values initiative and clear communication. This is a permanent full-time role open to multiple locations across Australia. - Support the delivery of Cylo’s strategy through strong finance, operational and technology support. - Support day-to-day operations, including finance administration, monthly reporting, reconciliations, and management reporting. - Manage agreement workflows using DocuSign and maintain key operational databases and records. - Help administer and improve core business processes, including the Operations Manual, supplier onboarding, business continuity planning, and vendor oversight. - Support platform and IT operations, including user access, payments, JIRA ticket management, and liaison with external technology providers. - Assist with broker onboarding, CRM administration, marketing support (EDMs), and day-to-day broker and customer enquiries. - Work with external vendors and internal teams to support risk, compliance, and service delivery requirements. - Act as a reliable operational “go-to” for the Cylo team, keeping things organised, documented, and moving. Qualifications - Experience in operations, business support, or finance administration roles within a complex environment. - Confidence working across multiple systems and adapting quickly to new tools and processes. - Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work independently. - Clear communication skills and comfort engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders. - A practical, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to step outside your comfort zone. - Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate, reliable work.
