• Develop and manage a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with the founder's personal brand and business goals • Plan and maintain a structured content calendar across platforms • Translate the founder's ideas, insights, and expertise into engaging, shareable content • Identify the most effective platforms and content formats to support audience growth and engagement • Conduct regular content audits and competitor analysis to inform strategy • Write compelling posts, captions, hooks, and short-form thought leadership pieces in the founder's authentic voice • Produce content for Instagram and Facebook as primary channels, with occasional LinkedIn content • Create on-brand visual assets and short-form video content optimised for each platform • Monitor engagement metrics, audience behaviour, and platform analytics to evaluate content performance • Support timely and authentic engagement with audience comments, DMs, and mentions

• Own multiple feature areas of the product. • Customer-to-prototype in hours, not weeks. • Actively participate in customer calls and identify customer needs in real time. • Personally build clickable prototypes using customer data with AI tools. • Track every customer conversation related to owned features. • Own epics end-to-end and move work from backlog to board through delivery. • Design for engineer happiness and user value.
