Area Sales Manager – DACH

• Manage sales in Germany with a team • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners, providing support to help them increase their sales revenue • Provides accurate business plan forecasts for the short period, and reports to management • Analyses the market environment (demand, customers, etc.) and sales pipeline, executes business plan and forecasts, and provides respective reporting • Contribute to the development of the sales strategy and marketing mix for collaborating with the marketing and sales engineering teams • Coordinate with engineering, marketing support, and partners to ensure a smooth lead process • Negotiate proposals, prepare quotes, and drive sales follow-up, all while maintaining the established gross margin
• Develop sales through system integrators within your assigned country or geographic area across the Nordics • Focus on developing system integrators with a focus on demand creation • Identify prospective systems integrators • Qualify prospects and develop new opportunities to add to the pipeline • Coordinate with internal resources such as Sales Engineers and other Sales Managers • Develop strategic relationships with external partners as a source of lead generation • Be meticulous with Salesforce and other pipeline management tools • Participate in industry events • Deliver the i-PRO value proposition for our full suite of products and perform compelling software demonstrations
