Role Description As part of your job, you’ll be: - Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. - Manage and sell lapsed and new business accounts within the tech and solution provider, agency, media verticals. Establish, nurture, and expand relationships through acquisition, upsell, and cross-selling opportunities for long-term growth. - Research and pursue new business opportunities and identify and create connections with influencers, executives, and decision-makers. - Communicate with customers and their decision-makers effectively and persuasively to uncover company-viable solutions from their view. - Utilize our CRM (Dynamics) to track and report account activity accurately and in a timely manner. - Be obsessive about customer experience from prospect through event recap and debrief. - Work collaboratively with the VP Sales & Partnerships as well as other sales, marketing, operations, and programming team members across departments. - Stay informed on industry trends and engage with the tech industry. - Attend industry events to represent POSSIBLE. - Build and extend your existing industry network to new and very personal levels which provides a unique competitor advantage. Qualifications - Have 4+ years of consultative sales experience, ideally in marketing industry events including sponsorships, experiential activations/exhibitions, thought leadership, branding. - Sales experience in the Adtech/Martech verticals selling client-centric sponsorships. - Proven record of negotiation/sales selling large deals and reaching monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and ensuring all KPI’s are achieved. - Passion for nurturing cross-functional relationships and developing new business via account mapping. - Experience working within a CRM managing a sales pipeline and accurately forecasting sales revenue. - Agile and ability to multitask – every day is not the same and must have the ability to pivot and prioritize different projects. - Smart and a quick learner who is comfortable in a fast-paced, high growth, entrepreneurial environment. As part of your job, you’ll be: - Account Management (Client-Facing): - End-to-end account management: Retain, renew, upsell. - Overseeing communication and engagement for up to 5 key client accounts, understanding each client's portfolio, priorities, and challenges. - Maintaining exceptional service quality, addressing client needs, and providing updates with clarity and consistency. - Building and nurturing relationships with clients, consistently achieving high NPS scores, and positive feedback. - Proactively providing upsell opportunities and options for future engagement. - Business Development: - Identifying and engaging new potential clients and projects. - Responsible for an individual book of business, leveraging new and existing contacts. - Project Support & Strategic Insights: - Leading or supporting the development of research-driven reports and presentations that provide clients with strategic recommendations. - Conducting in-depth market data analysis, competitive intelligence, and research to build a robust foundation for projects. - Presenting research findings to clients, aligning insights with client objectives and ensuring the work answers their key questions. - Health Technology Expertise: - Staying on top of critical healthcare topics, trends, and emerging technologies relevant to HLTH and our client base. - Continuously expanding your knowledge to ensure you bring valuable insights and recommendations in every interaction. - Content Creation & Engagement: - Producing original, concise, and impactful content tailored for the HLTH Community, including reports, blog posts, and articles. - Researching and writing on key healthcare topics, ensuring content is highly informative, up-to-date, and engaging. - Achieving and maintaining high engagement scores on published content by understanding audience needs and trends. - Performance KPIs: - Client retention, renewal & upsell. - New business generation. - High-Quality Strategic Research & Analysis: Provide thorough, accurate, and complete research that resonates with client objectives (measured by feedback and NPS scores). - Exceptional Content Quality: Consistently produce content that increases engagement within the HLTH Community. - Client Satisfaction & Timeline Adherence: Meet or exceed client expectations in terms of quality, insights, and timely delivery. - Collaborative Team Player: Actively support and contribute to team efforts, embodying HLTH values of customer focus, curiosity, and teamwork. Qualifications - Meaningful experience in the health tech space (at least 3 years). - Pharma experience (at least 4 years) is highly valued. - Consulting experience (at least 3 years) is preferred. Requirements - Strong abilities in data interpretation, strategic problem-solving, and insight generation. - Excellent writing skills with command of the English language. - Attentive listener who engages actively with clients and understands their needs. - Collaborative with great etiquette; proactive in supporting team goals. - Thoroughness in gathering and presenting information, with a commitment to quality. A bit about the role We are seeking a Senior HubSpot Technical Lead to take full ownership of the technical design, delivery, and ongoing evolution of HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring HubSpot is scalable, well-governed, and seamlessly integrated with our enterprise systems, including Dynamics 365. You will be the primary technical authority for HubSpot, shaping its roadmap and standards, while leveraging its integration with D365 to maximize business value. As part of your job, you’ll be: - Lead the technical delivery, configuration, and ongoing management of HubSpot across the organization via BAU and Project intake channels. - Design and implement workflows, automations, pipelines, custom objects, and reporting within HubSpot. - Oversee and assure integrations between HubSpot and other enterprise platforms, especially Dynamics 365, Clay, CRM, data, CMS, and business systems. - Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions. - Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Commercial teams to shape platform priorities and roadmaps. - Set and enforce platform standards, governance, and change control for HubSpot. - Mentor internal teams, build HubSpot capability, and guide external agencies as needed. - Support data governance and contribute to enterprise data centralization initiatives. - Develop and maintain release management practices focused on quality and speed. - Work alongside a team of solutions engineers to create end to end solutions across various technology platforms. (Microsoft/Registration Platforms) - Lead and support the centralization of our HubSpot Instances. Here’s what we’re looking for from you: Essential - Strong hands-on experience leading HubSpot implementations. - Deep knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub and Operations Hub. - Experience delivering integrations using APIs, middleware, or iPaaS tools. - Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and non-technical teams. Bonus - Experience integrating HubSpot with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar CRMs. - Experience in Data Migration activities from one HubSpot to another. - Exposure to data platforms and analytics. - HubSpot certifications (Admin / Solutions Architect). - Experience in complex, multi-brand, or international environments.
