What you will do: - Design, deliver, and continuously improve global sales training programs that strengthen sales skills, product knowledge, and overall sales effectiveness across regions. - Partner closely with global and regional sales leaders to identify capability gaps, prioritize training needs, and ensure learning initiatives support sales goals and growth plans. - Lead the execution of training programs end‑to‑end, including planning rollouts, reviewing learner feedback, and making real‑time adjustments based on performance data. - Manage and coach a global team of sales training leaders, setting clear expectations, supporting professional development, and fostering a high‑performance, learner‑focused culture. - Balance global consistency with regional flexibility by establishing training standards while enabling local teams to adapt content for market and cultural relevance. - Measure training effectiveness using defined KPIs such as learner engagement, knowledge retention, and sales performance impact, and use insights to drive continuous improvement. - Communicate program outcomes and recommendations to senior stakeholders through clear reporting and regular updates that demonstrate value and return on investment.
