Job Description We are looking for a Business Analysis Lead to own delivery across complex healthcare engagements and support the growth of our healthcare practice. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role, where you will lead requirements end-to-end, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and help shape scalable solutions for patient-facing digital products. You will spend most of your time on active client engagements while also contributing to business development, internal frameworks, and team growth. What You’ll Be Doing - Lead the requirements process across discovery, design, and development phases for complex healthcare projects - Translate business needs into clear, traceable, and sprint-ready requirements - Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering teams to shape solutions from early stages - Manage multi-stakeholder environments including clinical, technical, and executive teams - Drive requirements for patient-facing platforms (e.g., scheduling, finders, portals) - Define integrations across CMS, martech platforms, and EHR systems (e.g., Epic) - Support and mentor junior and senior BAs across projects - Contribute to business development efforts, including scoping and proposals - Help build frameworks, templates, and best practices for the healthcare BA practice What We’d Like to See - Proven experience leading BA work in complex digital environments (healthcare preferred) - Strong understanding of health systems, EHR platforms (e.g., Epic), and regulatory environments - Experience with CMS-driven solutions and component-based architectures - Familiarity with martech ecosystems (analytics, CDP, personalization tools) - Ability to write clear, testable, and scalable requirements - Experience collaborating closely with UX and design teams - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Experience supporting business development and client-facing engagements - Interest in mentoring and growing into a people leadership role - Willingness to travel and work closely with clients when needed This role is currently not available for hire or work in Colorado, New Mexico, and Hawaii, USA. The salary range for this position is as listed below. Director, Media Colombia Location: This position is remote within Colombia Director, Media Job description. We are seeking a dynamic, strategic Director of Media to join the Marketing Services team. In this role, you will architect and oversee sophisticated, multi-channel media ecosystems that drive measurable impact for our clients. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategic vision and granular execution, leveraging a deep expertise of the digital and traditional landscape—from programmatic and paid social to OOH and content syndication. As a "player-coach," you will be responsible for navigating complex tech stacks like DV360 and Meta Ads Manager while providing the steady leadership necessary to guide high-performing teams through fast-paced environments. Whether you are identifying market whitespace using Nielsen data or negotiating high-stakes IOs, you bring a blend of analytical rigor and professional intuition. What we’d like to see. - 8+ years leading or supporting media strategy development and activation, including creating and delivering strategic media presentations - You have at least 5+ years’ experience managing digital marketing or media delivery teams across all performance digital media channels (in-platform experience preferred). - A strong command of the media and digital ecosystem with the ability to identify and create thought leadership POVs and assets. - A proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale marketing strategies across multiple teams and disciplines. - Adept at thinking and strategizing in real time with clients and internal team members - Hands-on proficiency with DV360, The Trade Desk, Meta Ads Manager, and enterprise-grade DSPs. - Expert use of Nielsen, MediaRadar, and analytics platforms to uncover trends and competitive whitespace. - Deep knowledge across digital (social, programmatic, content syndication) and traditional (TV, Radio, OOH) channels. - A strong background in B2B or Financial Services/Banking is highly preferred to navigate complex regulatory and lead-gen landscapes. - The ability to pivot from high-level vision to the technical nuances of IO development, contract review, and vendor management without missing a beat. - Strong appreciation for design and user experience.
