Role Description The Chief of Staff serves as a strategic partner and operational right hand to the Chief Executive Officer. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, strategy, or executive administration. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders. - Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft board-quality documents. - Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. - High degree of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence. Preferred - Experience in hospice, home health, or post-acute care settings. - Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid hospice regulations and survey readiness. - Experience with EMR systems, particularly HCHB (Homecare Homebase). - MBA or MHA, or equivalent graduate-level education. - Prior experience in a high-growth or turnaround organization. - Experience managing provider credentialing, payer enrollment, or accreditation processes. - Background in healthcare marketing, brand management, or referral-focused communications. - Familiarity with commercial and office lease administration, including multi-site portfolios.
