Role Description The Project Lead role involves developing integrated project plans, managing scope and changes, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The position requires effective communication with clients, planning and leading group meetings, utilizing project management software, and creating documentation for processes and procedures. This is a client-facing role with frequent communication internally and externally. - Develop integrated project plans for small projects and assignments. - Manage project scope and requirement changes. - Effectively deliver projects on time and on budget. - Communicate directly with clients to provide status updates. - Establish exact needs for relevant projects through communication with clients and team members. - Utilize various types of project management software. - Plan and lead group meetings in person or virtually. - Develop processes, procedures, and system/application utilization. - Create documentation in support of procedures. - Provide training and support for project coordinators and other team members. - Collaborate closely with account managers to maintain synergy and foster trust. - Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation. - Foster collaboration with sales, logistics, operations, support desks, and other stakeholders. - Manage issue escalations and follow through to resolution. Qualifications - 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in operations and logistics. - Proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle projects including quality assurance tracking. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable with frequent video conference calls and other client communications with screen on. - Commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability in dynamic environments. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3+ years experience in project management as a leader of projects. - Familiarity with ConnectWise, ServiceNow, and Smartsheet.
