Role Description The Project Lead role involves developing integrated project plans, managing scope and changes, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Qualifications - 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in operations and logistics. - Proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle projects including quality assurance tracking. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable with frequent video conference calls and other client communications with screen on. - Commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability in dynamic environments. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3+ years experience in project management as a leader of projects. - Familiarity with ConnectWise, ServiceNow, and Smartsheet.
