Role Description We are seeking a marketing and communications professional to join our team! - Lead management of Hometown websites (5 total) - Support blog and content creation by ensuring pieces follow SEO best practices - Audit websites regularly for updates - Audit competitor websites, track industry best practices and areas for improvement on Hometown websites - Support back-end website updates - Support marketing and internal video creation - Research and integrate emerging design trends, new technologies, and the latest AI tools to keep our brand fresh and innovative. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications - Experience managing websites (Wordpress Elementor + Divi) preferred - Basic understanding of HTML structure, CSS, UX, and JavaScript - Experience creating marketing videos - Experience using AI tools to create scripts and videos - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Requirements - Part-time contract position - 20 - 25 hours/week - $20 - $25/hour Benefits - The flexibility and autonomy of a remote, 1099 contract position. - An opportunity to work at the cutting edge of design and artificial intelligence. - A collaborative environment that values speed, innovation, and creativity. - Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and project scope.
