• Take ownership of the product and report directly to the Director of Product. • Deeply understand customer needs, identify product gaps, and generate new ideas. • Lead Product Discovery and Solution Exploration, adhering to Design Thinking principles. • Study and enhance user journeys, identify and address customer challenges, and create a streamlined and seamless user experience. • Plan the roadmap, build and maintain the backlog, and track progress. • Facilitate the SCRUM process ceremonies. • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers on prototyping for optimal user experiences. • Gather user feedback from prototypes, interviews, analytics, and surveys to validate hypotheses. • Coordinate and work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions through rapid iterations. • Foster internal and external support for the product vision and act as a product advocate, creating awareness and enthusiasm within and outside CHAPTR. • Utilize AI technology as part of your workflows.

• Lead commercial negotiations, RFPs and renewals for the group's largest software and IT contracts. • Act as contract manager for selected strategic vendor accounts. • Own the group's contract portfolio with leading AI providers. • Take responsibility for the administration of centrally managed AI tools. • Maintain and further develop the contract register and KPI reporting. • Act as on-demand procurement advisor to the IT team members managing small and mid-sized contracts. • Identify and mitigate contractual risks.

• Own AI-powered features end-to-end, from scoping, design and requirements engineering to feature evaluation, deployment and operation. • Design, build and maintain cloud-native, event-driven AI applications across the full stack. • Evaluate, integrate, and optimize AI models for production use (quality, latency, cost). • Build and maintain robust AI inference, evaluation, and monitoring pipelines. • Collaborate closely with product, design, and non-technical stakeholders to identify requirements and turn business needs into value-creating technical solutions. • Operate and improve production systems, taking ownership of reliability, quality, and technical debt. • Plan, track, and break down work effectively in an agile team.
