Role Description This Role Is a Great Fit If… - You’re an experienced RN with strong clinical assessment skills who enjoys helping patients quickly make sense of their symptoms and navigate the healthcare system. - You’re comfortable making independent triage decisions and communicating clearly with patients over the phone while working remotely. Qualifications - Active, unrestricted Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license - Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience - BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) within 90 days of hire Requirements - Telephone triage - Ambulatory care - Urgent care or emergency department - Strong clinical judgment, organization, and patient-centered communication are essential in this role.
