The salary range for this position Nationwide is $175,000 - $240,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based upon a variety of factors such as education, related work experience, certificates, skills, and current market conditions. This bonus program is based on overall company performance and the results achieved compared to peers. This role is eligible to receive a sign-on bonus. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES In this position, you will: - Lead major consulting assignments associated with your area of expertise, providing expert-level technical and strategic consulting, and ensuring that assignments align with client needs. - Leverage your breadth of experience and knowledge from working across multiple clients, projects, codes, and regulatory frameworks and/or market segments and geographies to align project scopes with client objectives to deliver extraordinary client value. - Lead the development of team technical competence, knowledge of codes and regulations, and professional standards of practice to assigned tasks. - Direct, coach, and support teams of staff in quality execution of multiple projects simultaneously within your technical practice area and specialty. - Be sought after to provide leadership for staff at varying levels with expert mentoring and coaching to support alignment of staff with market and client needs and to support the growth and innovation of our practice areas. - Enhance company visibility by leveraging your role to advance company relationships with clients and project stakeholders and obtain new project assignments in your area of expertise. - Lead multidisciplinary teams to perform remediation and industrial water treatment projects through the project lifecycle phases—including nationwide team oversight and technical guidance. - Lead large technical evaluations and design efforts, including advanced water and wastewater treatment systems, emerging contaminant challenges, dewatering projects, and process water optimization projects. - Lead key communications and negotiations with state and federal environmental agencies, industrial partners, and client representatives. - Lead all work in accordance with company and client health and safety protocols. - Demonstrate the company’s foundational safety behaviors.
