Role Description We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Power Platform Developer. This is a full-time, virtual role aligned with our Burlington, MA office. This position will provide expert technical support for environmental due diligence, assessment, and remediation of real estate market projects in Florida. The consultant will serve as a subject matter expert on site investigation strategy, regulatory compliance, and risk-based remediation, specifically interpreting and applying Florida Administrative Code Chapter 62-780 (Contaminated Site Cleanup Criteria). The successful candidate will collaborate directly with client and internal project managers on an as-needed basis, offering strategic guidance, senior technical review, and clear client communications. Advanced expertise in risk assessment and probabilistic modeling is required. The consultant may be requested to participate in meetings with clients, regulators, and project partners, and deliver high-level review and guidance to ensure effective and compliant project completion. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES In this position, you will: - Provide senior technical advisory support for due diligence, site assessment, and remediation projects, primarily focused on Florida real estate transactions and developments. - Interpret and apply the regulatory requirements of F.A.C. Chapter 62-780 to site investigations, risk assessments, and remediation strategies for contaminated sites. - Conduct advanced risk assessment and probabilistic modeling relating to contaminated site cleanup and redevelopment. - Communicate directly with clients and internal project managers, providing clear technical advice and status updates as project needs arise. - Review and provide quality assurance guidance on technical deliverables to ensure effectiveness and compliance with relevant regulations. - Advise on the preparation of documentation for regulatory submittals, agency correspondence, and project communications as needed. SKILLS/EXPERIENCEMinimum Skills and Requirements: - Bachelor’s or advanced degree in toxicology, environmental science, or a related discipline. - Minimum of 25 years’ relevant professional experience providing consulting on environmental due diligence, contaminated site assessment, and remediation, including Florida projects. - Demonstrated expertise interpreting Florida Administrative Code Chapter 62-780 (Contaminated Site Cleanup Criteria). - Advanced experience in risk assessment and probabilistic modeling in support of regulatory compliance and site remediation. - Superior written and verbal communication skills; able to provide clear and concise technical guidance to both clients and multi-disciplinary teams. - Self-directed, highly collaborative, and able to work on an as-needed/on-call basis with minimal supervision. - High professional standards for client service and technical work quality.
