• You will be technically responsible for the backend of our AI platform. • Your focus will be on system architecture, AI integration, and long-term product quality. • Architecting and evolving our Python backend with a focus on AI systems. • Designing and implementing RAG architectures for production use cases. • Building and maintaining AI pipelines (ingestion, retrieval, context management, inference). • Designing and orchestrating agent workflows, including state and error handling. • Evaluating trade-offs between quality, latency, cost, and scalability. • Ensuring stability, monitoring, and long-term maintainability.
