• responsible for outside sales for our unique faith-based home financing product • conduct sales presentations and seminars to various local mosques, organizations, and individuals • securing home financing customers and closing 3-4+ home financing contracts per month • counsel, advise, and qualify home buyers for our programs • attend sales seminars and builder/realtor meetings to generate contract volume • work with processors to expedite and assist in the processing and closing of each contract

• Source and generate business leads to share with Full-Time Account Executives. • Close 1+ home financing contracts per month. • Perform community engagement activities with key referral sources. • Provide a delightful customer experience by securing new applicants in need of home financing. • Enter leads into CRM for Full-Time Account Executives. • Build strong working relationships with staff and manage expectations.
