• You manage existing partnerships with a strong focus on optimization and increasing the volume of our application numbers. • You expand our cooperation network and handle the onboarding of new affiliates, including contract processing and setting up tracking. • You independently plan and implement new placements and partner initiatives and monitor the performance metrics of these activities. • You analyze and report on partner performance and use data-driven approaches to engage publishers and implement optimization strategies. • You bring new ideas to partner management and are motivated to explore new marketing channels and innovative placement opportunities. • You take ownership of projects and drive them forward independently and with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources including internal systems and Credit Bureaus to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform credit policy, credit limit and pricing strategies • Contribute to developing and maintaining statistical models, including scorecards and other credit risk assessment tools • Provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the business, supporting informed decision-making and business growth • Work collaboratively with colleagues in the decision sciences and analytics team, as well as other departments across different locations • Present complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences through clear presentations, reports, and data visualisations
