• Execute the month-end financial close and financial reporting process • Perform the month-end financial close procedures for GridSME and GridSecurity by following the SOP work instruction documents and learning from the provided training. Always looking for opportunities to improve the month-end close process, financial documentation, and reporting. • Oversee the monthly bank account and credit card account reconciliation process with our outside bookkeeper and AP Specialist. • Lead the monthly revenue recognition and revenue completeness review processes, create and manage the associated revenue workpapers, and interface/collaborate with the Practice Leads and project managers to collect input data. • Calculate Independent Consultant (IndCon) payments and oversee the distribution of those calculations to the IndCons. • Create the monthly GridSME-GridSecurity Shared Services invoice and account for all intercompany transactions. • Calculate, report, distribute, and process GridSME and GridSecurity's Profit-Sharing Bonus Program calculations. • Complete month-end procedures and present draft financial statements and analysis to the Director of Finance by BD5 for further review and analysis.
