Role Description You’ll join our Customer Service team to help process orders, chat with our awesome customers, and find the best solutions when things don’t go quite as planned. To thrive here, you’ll need to be confident with computers and able to keep a friendly, helpful tone no matter what’s thrown your way. This role is fully remote (US only) Monday-Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm CT. Starting Salary $47,750. Key Responsibilities - Talking with customers over the phone (because sometimes, talking to a real person just feels better) - Helping customers out in real time through our website’s live chat - Responding to emails about current orders, future orders, and everything in between - Reaching out to customers when we need a little extra info about their order or design - Collaborating with our Prepress team to make sure customer requests are clearly communicated and designs are good to go - Working with our Production team when an order needs a tweak or two - Reviewing and processing special orders that need extra attention to keep things on track - Touching base with our Marketing team to stay up to date on current promos and deals - Sharing helpful feedback with our IT team to improve our website and internal tools Qualifications - Have 2+ years of customer service - Have excellent written and verbal communication skills - Type at least 45 wpm - Be computer-savvy - Have a growth mindset - Possess a “do it before it needs to be done” attitude - Emphasize teamwork - Show empathy for customers and coworkers - Zendesk experience is a plus Benefits - Fully remote work - Paid holidays - Generous PTO - Profit-sharing bonus of up to 15%, distributed quarterly - 401k company match up to 4% - Company T-shirts and other swag - Free stickers, of course! - Charitable gift matching up to $250/yearly - Health insurance options (insurance options include an HSA with a $1k company contribution) - Dental and Vision Insurance - Employee Assistance Program for employees and household family members - Paid Parental Leave
