• Will perform the calculation and reporting of indirect taxes (PIS, Cofins, IPI, ICMS, ISS, ICMS ST) and prepare payment documentation, ensuring deadlines and compliance with applicable legislation • Will prepare and file tax returns using an integrated system, ensuring compliance with current tax laws • Will post tax documents for subsequent monthly calculations and closings, ensuring organized recordkeeping for future inquiries and audits • Issue invoices (Sales, Shipping/Dispatch, Loan-for-use (comodato), etc.) • Preparation of Perdcomp (tax adjustment document)

• Assess existence of a resource deprovisioning/offboarding process and perform consumption analysis. • Evaluate the multicloud billing process managed by the broker (technical consistency, transparency, traceability, integrity and compliance with multicloud contracts). • Evaluate the integration process between Billing × Architecture × FinOps (ensure technical decisions consider impact on future billing; consumption observed by the broker is used to correct architecture and provide feedback between cost, engineering and architecture). • Determine whether the company is aware of and evaluates the use of native resources available from contracted CSPs (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.), especially with regard to cost and predictability. • Assess whether a cost-benefit analysis is performed before deciding on the architecture to be used (cross-cloud traffic, premium services, lock-in). • Participate in technical discussions and meetings to understand and evaluate the multicloud environment.
