• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts such as Grupo DPSP, Grupo Santa Cruz and Raia Drogasil. • Ensure achievement of sell-in and sell-out targets by acting strategically to maximize results. • Negotiate commercial actions, terms and investments (MRSP, discounts, payment terms) in accordance with company guidelines. • Plan and implement promotional campaigns and visibility initiatives in partnership with Trade Marketing. • Monitor performance indicators, identify opportunities and propose action plans to correct deviations. • Monitor stock levels in distribution centers and stores, ensuring supply of priority SKUs. • Conduct market analyses and monitor competitors to adjust commercial strategies. • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply, logistics) to ensure execution and delivery of plans. • Visit clients periodically to maintain presence, relationships and performance follow-up.
