Sales Manager – Embedded Finance, Travel Vertical

• Identify, target, and engage potential clients within the travel sector, including bedbanks, OTAs, and other intermediaries. • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive adoption of our embedded finance and FX solutions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers such as CFOs, Treasurers, and operational leaders in travel businesses. • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ challenges and presenting tailored solutions. • Travel regularly to meet clients in person and attend relevant industry related events, including fintech, SaaS, and platform economy conferences. • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals. • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long term satisfaction. • Stay informed on travel industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting cross border payments and FX. • Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM tools. • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. • Report directly to the VP Sales.
Sales Manager – Embedded Finance

• Target and engage decision-makers at PSPs, payment processors, AP/AR vendors, ERP providers, marketplaces and software platforms. • Diagnose platform economics and workflows; identify where embedded cross-currency payments, FX automation and reconciliation reduce friction and increase revenue. • Build and execute go-to-market motions (direct sales, partner GTM, co-selling) tailored to platform and partner models. • Lead technical-commercial conversations: product architecture, API integration, SLAs, compliance and billing/settlement flows. • Create compelling financial business cases and commercial proposals (revenue share, per-transaction pricing, flat fees, bundled offers). • Coordinate implementation with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to accelerate time-to-value and maximise adoption. • Manage pipeline and forecasts in CRM and consistently reach revenue KPIs. • Represent Grain at partner events, industry conferences and in RFPs / procurement processes.

• Identify, target, and engage enterprise clients including software platforms, with a strong emphasis on PSP (payment service providers) customers. • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive adoption of Grain’s embedded finance and FX solutions in key markets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers such as CFOs, Treasurers, and operational leaders. • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and presenting tailored solutions that deliver measurable impact. • Travel regularly to meet clients in person and attend relevant industry-related events, including fintech, SaaS, and platform economy conferences. • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals. • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction. • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments impacting cross-border payments and FX.
Sales Manager – Direct Sales, FX Risk Management

• Identify, qualify and engage CFOs, Treasurers and senior finance leaders at mid-market and enterprise corporates • Map corporate FX exposures and treasury workflows, diagnose hedging and process gaps, and design tailored Grain solutions • Present structuring and hedging solutions (spot, forwards, options, blended programs) and build robust financial/business cases showing ROI • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proof-of-value, negotiation and close • Own a book of business: onboard clients and partner with Customer Success to drive adoption and lifetime value • Collaborate with Product, Trading and Risk teams to shape product roadmap and ensure market fit for hedging features • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM; hit or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets • Represent Grain at industry forums, treasury conferences and client events
