• Own pipeline creation strategy and execution for the cybersecurity services segment, from targeting through handoff to sales • Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, email, partner, and outbound support) to create marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline • Measure, forecast, and improve funnel conversion and deal velocity, tying activities directly to segment revenue goals • Define and continuously refine ICP, personas, and segment positioning across the vertical(s) the company serves • Lead competitive intelligence and market messaging frameworks, translating technical capabilities into outcome-oriented narratives aligned to compliance and risk-reduction drivers • Partner closely with product marketing, delivery, and sales leadership to align GTM priorities, support new offering launches, and bring segment-level market intelligence into positioning decisions • Create persona- and stage-specific enablement bundles (decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, short videos, email sequences) that support both technical and non-technical sellers • Develop battlecards, competitive matrices, and objection-handling frameworks for key competitors and alternatives (status quo, in-house, etc.) • Support cross-sell motions across the full portfolio by designing campaigns and enablement that help legacy reps and acquired sellers confidently introduce cybersecurity services into existing accounts • Use buyer insights, campaign performance data, and regular feedback loops with sales leadership to continuously improve enablement effectiveness and shorten time-to-close
• Provide continuous monitoring services for CloudWave's Managed Security Services (MSS) program • Analyze events from various data sources including client devices and network sensors • Manage security alerts leveraging automation • Conduct malware analysis and investigate security incidents • Perform vulnerability assessments to identify and remediate security gaps
• Manage an assigned group of existing CloudWave customers • Build and nurture relationships at multiple levels with each customer • Work with each assigned customer to advance CloudWave as trusted advisor in IT Services and Cloud Transformation • Achieve assigned bookings quota in your assigned territory and/or account base • Ensure that each assigned account's history, contacts, opportunities/pipeline are properly documented in SFDC
• providing support for a wide-array of systems related to the OpSus Cloud and Technical Solutions Group division. • ensuring customer calls and self-service requests are addressed, tracked, communicated about and resolved in a timely manner. • providing support for incidents to restore service(s) as soon as possible along with pro-actively monitoring the infrastructure and responding to alerts as applicable. • ensure inbound phone calls and self-service requests are addressed appropriately in a timely manner using excellent customer service skills. • identify, troubleshoot and resolve customer and systems issues. • utilize standard and ad-hoc procedures to perform first level issue resolution for systems. • use appropriate tools to track and report problem status and escalate to internal support, vendors, and management within established SLAs. • follows all issues to resolution, engaging others as needed. • acts as the primary contact for the customer providing a single point of interaction. • reference and utilize technical resolution documentation, such as knowledge base articles, on systems, infrastructure and processes. • follow security procedures, standards, and protocols related to all technologies. • actively monitor all infrastructure and systems and ensure resolution to any monitoring alerts. • work with engineering to resolve any alerts as necessary. • adhere to standards for availability and business continuity.
• Responsible for the architecture, configuration, administration, operations, capacity planning and support of the cloud systems management infrastructure • Provide guidance and training on monitoring platforms to other technical resources • Play a role in capacity and availability management • Monitor performance of all assigned systems • Establish and follow operating and security procedures, standards, and protocols • Implement and manage a proactive process to collect and report data and statistics • Train, mentor, and develop other engineers and support personnel
