• Responsible for all aspects of the design process, including workshops, ideation, user testing and UX/UI deliverables • Work alongside the engineering team to create truly engaging experiences for users.

• Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements. • Work closely with the engineering team. • Involved in all phases of the product life cycle, from planning to release. • Work with the Chief Product Officer to keep track of deadlines and ensure everything runs smoothly between teams. • Take part in gathering data on the competitor landscape and stay up-to-date on banking and finance trends. • Perform recurrent analysis on product usage and extract insights for improvement. • Present key findings on various product success KPIs including defects, improvements, status updates, and risk management. • Document user stories and use cases for new features or enhancements in the product.
