Location: Chemnitz Fixed-term contract What you’ll do - Drive change: Plan and manage national and international IT projects with a strong focus on AI solutions for retail and e-commerce. - Guide our clients: Advise customers on practical AI use cases and support our Professional Services team in implementing AI-driven features. - Empower teams: Independently design and deliver training sessions and workshops on AI‑related topics. - Shape the roadmap: Contribute to needs analysis, project planning, and controlling activities within our customer base. What you bring - A degree in a technical field — or comparable professional experience; a background in mathematics is a strong plus. - Hands-on experience with Python as your primary tech stack for AI and data-driven solutions. - Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics clearly. - A solution-oriented, analytical mindset with enthusiasm for modern AI technologies. - Ideally, experience in IT project management and customer consulting. - Willingness to travel nationally and internationally. - Excellent English skills; German at B2 level or higher.
