Moss | Spend smarter

• Own the roadmap for the central AI platform, including agent runtime, evaluation frameworks, pipelines, and observability. • Run focused experiments on new AI capabilities, proving what works and either shipping a v1 or enabling product teams to take it further. • Enable teams across Moss to build, test, and deploy AI-powered products with greater speed, quality, and confidence. • Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Product, and leadership to prioritise the highest-impact platform investments. • Balance strategic platform ownership with tactical depth on agent behaviour, prompts, accuracy, and production quality.

• Own the roadmap for accounting integrations, balancing customer demand, commercial impact, regional complexity, and partner capability. • Define what correct integration behaviour looks like across accounting logic, reconciliation, tax handling, and data quality. • Work with Engineering, Partnerships, and cross-functional stakeholders to scope and launch integrations that deliver customer value. • Help shape how AI can improve the way Moss researches, builds, and scales integrations.

• Own a product area end-to-end, from discovery and roadmap definition through to launch, adoption, and iteration. • Develop a deep understanding of finance workflows, customer pain points, and operational realities to identify high-value product opportunities. • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn customer and business needs into product requirements and shipped solutions. • Use research, customer feedback, and data to prioritise the roadmap and make high-quality product decisions. • Drive delivery with pace and rigour, ensuring what we build is valuable, usable, and scalable.
