• Prospect and research target accounts and contacts; help refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) • Execute daily multi-channel outbound: cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach • Manage and execute AiSDR campaigns (set up targets, messaging variants, launches, monitoring, and iteration) • Lead creative outreach experiments (A/B tests on subject lines, openers, CTAs, sequences, and personas); document results and recommend next tests • Qualify inbound and outbound responses; schedule meetings and provide clean handoffs with context • Maintain accurate records of activities, outcomes, and notes in HubSpot; keep data clean and organized • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve messaging, objection handling, and outbound templates.
• Identify, recruit, and activate referral partners across three categories • Design the partner value proposition and build the enablement library • Own the quarterly channel pipeline quota • Translate channel market intelligence into actionable sales guidance • Advocate for partner-facing capabilities
• Build strong relationships with solar developers by supporting onboarding, platform education, and ongoing relationship management. • Own key marketplace operations by assembling and launching renewable energy project bid packages, following up with developers on active bids, and preparing bid review analyses and presentation materials. • Capture and communicate developer updates by taking notes during developer check-ins, summarizing key updates for internal teams, and managing follow-ups with developers and cross-functional stakeholders. • Support project execution after bid selection by drafting and tracking developer agreements and projected milestone dates across the development pipeline. • Improve and automate recurring workflows by identifying process gaps, implementing practical AI automation solutions, and acting as the quality-control layer to ensure systems and outputs remain accurate. • Help our marketplace grow by expanding the ways we engage with developers and identifying new areas of opportunity for Lumen’s technology. • Drive marketplace insights and ad hoc research by tracking key metrics for weekly readouts and supporting research on federal, state and local renewable energy policies and program updates.
• Drive Lumen’s next chapter of growth as a transaction advisor. • Own and exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets. • Build relationships with senior decision-makers at real estate and investment firms. • Run the full deal cycle: prospecting, discovery, financial modeling, proposal, negotiation, contracting. • Guide customers through competitive bid reviews and high-stakes contract negotiations. • Represent Lumen at industry conferences and in C-suite meetings. • Maintain CRM and pipeline with exceptional discipline. • Translate customer needs into sharp platform feedback.
