Role Description Serve as the primary contact for sales partners and their assigned sales volume using standardized processes and concepts. - Create and maintain solid professional relationships with assigned sales partners. - Identify the needs of these sales partners and their customers. - Understand the sales partners’ current sales figures and goals, and proactively assist them to meet or exceed these goals. - Provide aggressive competitive pricing through research and negotiation, especially when volume goes beyond special pricing with our Preferred Suppliers or when the sales partner requests are related to a competitive situation. - Obtain quotes and, when requested, prepare product presentations for clients. - Order self-promotion aids and spec samples for sales partners. - Provide sales partners with creative selling ideas and stay current with trends in the industry. - Attend supplier webinars, meetings, and industry events when they occur. - Provide timely and innovative solutions to the sales partner. - Educate sales partners on matters regarding products and services and assist with questions regarding Geiger processes. - Assist with the duplication of a previous customer order with guidance from sales partners. - Follow through on orders and questions pertaining to the assigned sales partners, from start to finish with the support of internal associates. - Perform maintenance on orders. - Correct and revise orders, research and answer commission questions, and make adjustments if needed. - Coordinate the art proofing process from suppliers to the sales partner and/or customer. - Proof orders for complete details related to product, pricing, decoration, and shipping accuracy. - Assist with expediting rush orders, including negotiating with suppliers on expedited shipping terms. - Conduct research and resolve problems presented by internal associates. - Develop knowledge of billing and receivable functions to ensure that orders are processed accurately in accordance with special customer needs. - Work with internal associates to set up and monitor special procedures required to meet customers’ specific needs. - Respond timely to incoming calls, emails, and messages with helpful answers and guidance. - May require travel to company events or industry trade shows. - Maintain regular communication with the direct Manager and or Regional Vice President of Sales for assistance in determining appropriate service guidelines and to discuss special requests or needs as necessary. - Assist assigned Region as requested by corporate management. - Perform other duties as assigned. Role Description Under the direct supervision of the assigned Total Care National Service Director and Area Service Manager, and applying continuous improvement tools and concepts, serve as the primary contact for an assigned number of our high-volume sales partners in the absence of their assigned KCS. Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned sales partners, their clients, and their KCS, identifying and supporting their needs. Monitor service levels, track sales goals, and assist in meeting targets. Negotiate pricing with Production Partners as needed, obtain quotes, and order samples from preferred suppliers. Essential Functions: - Follow through on all orders, claims, and all issues pertaining to the assigned sales partners, from start to finish. - Maintain oversight of order margins and commission structures, including managing and calculating commission splits and ensuring healthy margins for Geiger. - Perform shipping follow up and claims activities as needed. - Conduct research and resolve problems presented by personnel from other functions. - Identify opportunities to transfer sales or potential sales to a more appropriate business unit. - Support and coordinate the implementation of client PopUp Stores during coverage periods. - Develop comprehensive knowledge of billing and receivable functions to ensure orders are being processed accurately. - Provide strategic direction and leadership to specialist functions within the department. - Coordinate custom orders through Total Care. - Educate sales partners and customers on all matters regarding products and services. - Control and monitor sample costs to stay within business development funds. - Participate in industry committees, task groups, and training teams to share knowledge. - Maintain regular communication with Regional Managers for assistance in determining appropriate service guidelines. - Take an active role in the sales and marketing aspects of potential Global accounts. - Perform other related duties as assigned. Role Description This role is remote, with working hours from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST. Job Summary: - Process supplier invoices to facilitate customer billing. Essential Functions: - Review supplier invoices for discrepancies when matched with associated orders in our system. - Research and address discrepancies, such as pricing differences or extra charges, by contacting sales representatives, service teams, or suppliers for resolution to ensure alignment between purchase orders and invoices. - Properly address orders/invoices that require billing outside of standard processes. - Maintain and modify orders as needed, including adjustments to price, quantity, commissions, etc. - Create Proforma invoices to prebill customers for orders that are not yet completed. - Compile consolidated invoices and associated reports for customers requiring monthly/weekly billing. - Create billing-only orders as needed. - Receive and review inquiries related to past or future billings and respond in a timely manner. - Monitor inquiries in shared email inboxes and address them as necessary. - Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications - Knowledge of computer search and data entry functions and understanding of billing and business office systems equivalent to high school graduation. - More than one year of experience in billing and business office activities.
