Role Description We are looking for a motivated early‑career Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and help support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. This role is well‑suited for a recent graduate or an early career professional who is eager to build strong analytical, modeling, and business‑partnering skills in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment. As a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with experienced analysts and leaders to understand the business, analyze financial and operational data, and contribute insights that support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic initiatives. You will be encouraged to ask questions, learn continuously, and develop your technical and communication skills as you grow within the role. Financial Analysts at Gas South work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and are expected to take ownership of their work, communicate effectively, and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and analysis. As Analysts grow and gain experience, they progress through four levels (I, II, Senior, Lead) and take on greater responsibility as both contributors and leaders. Additional Responsibilities - Support monthly forecasting, quarterly Opex reporting, annual budgeting, and long‑term financial planning processes - Analyze historical financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities - Assist with month‑end close activities, variance analysis, and financial reporting - Review actual results versus budget and forecast, and help explain key drivers of performance - Support capital investment analysis and associated reporting - Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives - Prepare clear, concise analysis and presentations for finance partners and business stakeholders - Support audit requests and required internal or external reporting - Contribute to improving analytical and operational efficiency through better models, tools, and processes - Work with data from multiple sources including Excel, Power BI, and SQL‑based datasets Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field - Internship experience or up to 2 years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, data, or analytics - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred - Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high attention to detail - Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing - Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Experience - Exposure to financial planning or accounting systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, Vena) - Experience working with large datasets using SQL, Python, R, or similar tools - Academic background with a strong quantitative focus - Demonstrated interest in corporate finance, modeling, or analytics Location Requirements - Atlanta, GA Physical Requirements - Sitting: Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk or workstation while performing computer-based tasks, conducting meetings, and collaborating with colleagues - Standing and Walking: Ability to stand and walk within the office environment, such as when attending meetings, interacting with colleagues or external stakeholders, or visiting different departments - Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry material, files, or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds, such as when organizing documents or setting up for meetings Pay Range Pay range is commensurate with education, experience, specialized skills or certifications, etc. Gas South Pay Range: $76,000 — $79,000 USD Benefits - Full medical, dental, and vision coverage - Employer-paid life and disability coverage - Annual employer contributions of up to 12.5% to your 401k - Remote work options available based on business needs - Annual performance incentive is a % of annual benchmark based on position level - Paid four-week sabbatical every five years - Opportunities to volunteer in the community - Education assistance up to $5250 per year

You will lead medium to large-scale projects, champion change management, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. As a Senior Project Manager, you will partner with senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable plans, optimize processes, and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Qualifications - 5+ years of project management experience, with proven success in leading strategic initiatives. - Strong understanding of change management and project management methodologies. - Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus in complex environments. - Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. - Positive, solution-oriented mindset with strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to balance scope, time, and cost trade-offs while delivering expected business value. - Proven organizational and planning skills with the ability to work independently. - Experience with industry recognized PPM tools. Requirements - Certifications: PMP and Agile. - Experience with Waterfall, Agile Scrum, or Kanban methodologies. - Familiarity with IT projects and software development lifecycles. - Track record of leading successful projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
