Role Description We are looking for a Creative Strategist who enjoys thinking as much as creating — someone who can turn business problems into powerful ideas, stories, and campaigns. This is not a purely executional role. You will be expected to question briefs, shape ideas, write narratives, and contribute strategically to how brands show up in gaming culture. The role suits someone who is naturally curious, high-energy, creatively driven, and comfortable balancing imagination with logic and marketing thinking. What You’ll Do - Develop creative strategies grounded in audience insight and brand objectives. - Ideate big campaign ideas and culturally relevant concepts. - Write scripts, campaign narratives, and creative copy across platforms. - Translate briefs into clear creative territories and storytelling frameworks. - Contribute actively to pitches and proposal development. - Collaborate closely with creative, social, and production teams. - Support execution with practical thinking, timelines, and commercial awareness. Qualifications - Strong writing and storytelling ability (portfolio required). - Experience in creative strategy, copywriting, content strategy, or similar roles. - Understanding of marketing fundamentals and brand communication. - Ability to think both creatively and analytically. - Strong collaboration and communication skills. - Interest in gaming, esports, or internet culture. Requirements - Experience working on campaigns, pitches, or branded content. - Scriptwriting or film/content production exposure. - Experience with influencer or creator led campaigns. - Knowledge of video games & Esports.
