Role Description A high-output execution role for someone who is self-motivated, experienced working remotely, and ready to own digital marketing delivery for a growing New Zealand business. Aztech Buildings is a fast-growing New Zealand business and we’re building a high-output marketing function to match. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our digital marketing execution — SEO, website, social media, CRM, and campaigns. This is not a strategy role. It’s a high-output execution role for someone who thrives on getting things done and continuously improving how systems work. We’re actively embracing AI across our marketing function — this role sits at the front of that shift. Our primary platform is HubSpot, which sits at the centre of our marketing stack. Strong HubSpot experience is essential. What you’ll be doing - SEO & website — primary focus (70–80%) - Execute on-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking) - Implement keyword strategy as directed by Marketing Manager - Optimise blogs, case studies, and website content for search performance - Build and update landing pages using templates - Ensure website structure supports SEO, user experience, and performance - Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production, optimisation, and research - Structure content for AI search (FAQs, schema basics, structured formatting) - Repurpose existing content into search-friendly formats - Maintain and update priority pages to ensure relevance and performance - Social media - Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms - Manage comments, engagement, and community responses - Repurpose marketing content into social-ready formats - Support short-form video content (coordination and basic editing) - HubSpot & CRM - Email campaign setup, scheduling, and deployment via HubSpot - CRM administration, list management, and marketing data hygiene - Campaign tracking setup (UTMs, campaign tagging) - Website content updates and uploads via HubSpot CMS - Support marketing automation and workflow execution - Content & campaign execution - Campaign execution support — asset uploads, formatting, coordination - Content formatting and creation using Canva and templates - Repurpose content across channels (web, email, social) - Reporting preparation and data collation Growth Opportunity For the right candidate with broader digital skills, there is opportunity to grow into coordination of our video and photography production, and potentially take on elements of paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and marketing tech stack management, HubSpot RevOps, AI-driven marketing automation and personalisation as our HubSpot capability matures. Qualifications - 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally with recognised brands - Strong HubSpot experience — CMS, CRM, email campaigns, and workflows - Demonstrable SEO execution experience (on-page) - Comfortable using AI tools to improve output speed and quality (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar) - Social media management — scheduling, posting, and community engagement - Self-starter: motivated, structured, and experienced working remotely - Experience working for or with international businesses — NZ, Australia, USA or similar markets highly regarded - Strong attention to detail and high output mindset - Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently - Nice to have: Canva, basic video editing (CapCut etc.), Google Ads or Meta Ads experience, landing page or CRO experience Working Model Fully remote from the Philippines. WFH preferred; office access available in key Philippines locations (TBC). This role suits someone experienced working with international or offshore-structured businesses. Role Description We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Estimator to join our Sales team. This is a role supporting our New Zealand-based Sales Managers — you’ll be the engine behind our quoting, pricing, and sales admin, making sure every proposal goes out accurately and on time.
