Role Description We’re looking to bring on a video creator to join us at Funky Matcha, someone with a strong eye for cinematic storytelling, detail and atmosphere. This is not about fast content. It’s about creating visuals that feel considered, premium and intentional, the kind of work that elevates a brand rather than just filling a feed. We’re a brand growing quickly, with a strong focus on product, identity and long-term creative direction. - Create high-end video content for Meta, TikTok and similar platforms - Translate product into feeling through lighting, composition and pacing - Develop concepts and execute ideas from start to finish - Work closely with founders on creative direction - Content will be used across both paid and organic channels - Typically 4–5 videos per month depending on scope Qualifications - Previous experience with video creation (required) - Strong sense of visual taste and attention to detail - Understanding of short-form formats (TikTok / Meta / Reels) - Ability to work independently and take initiative Requirements - Previous experience with video creation (required) Benefits - Remote - work from anywhere - Flexible setup depending on your schedule - Direct collaboration with founders - Creative freedom and ownership - Long-term collaboration opportunity - Compensation based on experience (per project or monthly setup) - Potential for equity for the right person - Full access to our product range
