Role Description We are seeking a Senior Manager, Category & Omni Insights to lead category, shopper, and omnichannel analytics across the business. This role owns category insights, enterprise reporting, and syndicated data (NielsenIQ) - and translates data into clear, actionable growth plans for our top strategic retail partners. This role goes beyond reporting - bringing together category, customer, and shopper insights into a clear view of where we can grow and how to unlock it. The role will also leverage AI and advanced analytics as a force multiplier to accelerate insight generation, improve decision-making, and scale impact across the organization. What This Role Owns - Category analytics and syndicated data (NielsenIQ) - Enterprise reporting and single source of truth - Omni scorecard (store, digital, and shopper) - Retailer-specific category growth insight initiatives How You Will Make an Impact - Category Analytics and Syndicated Data - Lead category performance analysis (share, ACV, TDPs, velocity, competitive trends) - Own relationship with NielsenIQ, including data access, tools, and governance - Translate category trends into opportunities for assortment, pricing, and shelf strategy execution - Enterprise Reporting (Single Source of Truth) - Build and streamline reporting across the organization - Deliver consistent, trusted views of performance (weekly, monthly, executive dashboards) - Create, maintain and publish custom product totals within syndicated database, allowing organization to view business in manner most relevant to the categories we compete in - Eliminate fragmented reporting and create one aligned narrative across teams - Leverage automation and AI tools to improve speed, accuracy, and accessibility of reporting - Omni Scorecard (Store, Digital, and Shopper) - Integrate store, digital, and shopper metrics into one view - Identify gaps and opportunities, quantify size of prize, and prioritize actions - Use advanced analytics to surface patterns and opportunities - Lead a regular business cadence (e.g., quarterly reviews) using the omni scorecard to identify gaps, prioritize actions, and track progress across key retail partners - Retailer-Specific Category Insights - Develop customized category deep dives for top retail partners - Identify growth drivers, assortment, pricing, and shopper gaps - Translate insights into actionable growth plans - Build customer-ready stories and quantify impact - Retailer-Level Shopper Insights and Growth Levers - Analyze shopper behavior at the retailer level, including penetration vs category, repeat rates, and basket dynamics - Identify actions to improve retention, trade-up, and lifetime value within each retailer - Apply shopper insights to inform assortment, merchandising, and customer growth strategies - Partner with internal insights team to leverage brand-level shopper insights and translate them into retailer-specific action - Advanced Analytics and Forecasting - Support planning with forward-looking insights - Identify high-opportunity stores, SKUs, and segments - Develop tools and models to guide decisions - Executive Storytelling and Influence - Translate data into clear recommendations - Support customer and leadership presentations - Focus on 'so what / now what' Qualifications - 7–10+ years in CPG analytics or category management - Deep experience with: - Category analytics (ACV, TDPs, velocity, share) - Syndicated data ownership (NielsenIQ, Discover, Circana Liquid Data, etc) - Proven ability to: - Own and simplify reporting across teams, creating a single, trusted source of truth - Translate data into clear, actionable growth plans (not just insights) - Quantify opportunities and “size of prize” to drive prioritization - Experience developing customer-facing category stories, including supporting and presenting in line reviews, JBPs, or similar settings - Ability to confidently represent analytics in customer discussions, including explaining, simplifying, and defending recommendations - Experience leveraging data, automation, or AI tools to improve speed and quality of analysis - Strong cross-functional leadership across Sales, Category, and eCommerce teams - Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data into clear, compelling narratives Benefits - The range for this position is: $165,000 - $195,000 - Competitive salary and an excellent benefits package, including: - Medical, dental and vision insurance - Basic and optional life insurance - Short- and long-term disability protection - Flexible spending accounts - 401(k) plan with company match - Paid parental leave - Pet insurance - Tuition assistance - A generous PTO plan and so much more!

This role is responsible for developing account and channel strategy, driving revenue and distribution growth, strengthening retail partnerships, and translating data into clear, actionable plans that unlock category expansion. This individual will operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution—bringing a strong point of view on where to play and how to win, while delivering measurable results.
