Role Description An exciting opportunity exists for a hungry and talented sales professional looking to further their career in a fast-paced, dynamic and international environment. The Global Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing our global sales strategy, acquiring new international customers, establishing strategic partnerships, and building long-term revenue growth. This role requires a highly entrepreneurial sales leader with deep experience selling IT outsourcing, offshore software development, software consulting, or technology services to companies across Europe, Singapore, and Australia. This position owns the complete revenue-generation process from market strategy and prospecting to enterprise negotiations and closing multimillion-dollar outsourcing engagements. Success in this role will be measured primarily by sustainable revenue growth, customer acquisition, pipeline health, and long-term client retention. Our engineering teams are based in Vietnam, while our clients are located worldwide. The Global Sales Manager will bridge the gap between global clients and our elite technical delivery teams in Vietnam, turning initial conversations into multi-million-dollar partnerships. Qualifications - Revenue Growth - Global Sales Leadership - Business Development - Strategic Partnerships - Client Relationship Management - Commercial Excellence - Market Intelligence Requirements - Own the company’s global revenue targets. - Develop annual and quarterly sales strategies to consistently increase revenue. - Build a predictable sales pipeline capable of sustaining long-term business growth. - Achieve aggressive sales KPIs while maintaining healthy profit margins. - Forecast revenue accurately and report sales performance to executive leadership. - Develop and execute the global sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives. - Build and manage a predictable, scalable sales pipeline. - Generate qualified enterprise opportunities through direct sales, referrals, networking, strategic partnerships, and outbound initiatives. - Lead complex sales engagements with enterprise and mid-market clients. - Drive consistent year-over-year revenue growth. - Own sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management. - Identify new markets, industries, and high-value customer segments. - Develop relationships with C-level executives and technology decision-makers. - Expand the company’s global footprint across Europe, APAC, and other strategic markets. - Establish partnerships with consulting firms, technology vendors, cloud providers, digital agencies, system integrators, and channel partners. - Negotiate mutually beneficial commercial agreements. - Build a strong international partner ecosystem that generates recurring business opportunities. - Build trusted executive relationships with key clients. - Understand customers’ digital transformation objectives and align our engineering capabilities accordingly. - Ensure outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey. - Drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities. - Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and commercial discussions. - Collaborate closely with engineering and delivery teams in Vietnam to develop winning solutions. - Ensure profitable engagements while maintaining competitive pricing. - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, outsourcing demand, and emerging technologies including AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Data. - Provide market insights to executive leadership. - Recommend new service offerings based on customer demand.
