• Track projects and opportunities to grow Formica sales in the assigned territory • Advance Formica’s position in the market through enhanced partnerships with local distributor branches to facilitate project tracking, execution of initiatives/promotions, and distributor sales force coaching • Identify and understand the competitive landscape, inclusive of product and distribution, and actively share these findings appropriately • Identify new opportunities for Formica sales within the assigned territory to achieve/exceed financial objectives, including sales, share, and profitability • Finalize and close sales with OEMs and target accounts – Distributors and Fabricators, within assigned territory to achieve/exceed financial objectives, including sales, share, and profitability • Identify and develop target accounts by creating a value proposition for Formica to capture selling opportunities/leads in the assigned territory that will lead to closing projects for Formica • Work collaboratively with their A&D Specialist counterpart, as well as with Inside Sales and Customer Service internally, to build Formica market share

• Act as key member of larger specification team within the assigned geographic area • Work closely with Territory Managers to track & close specified projects • Act as part of the market team with Territory Managers, Region Sales Manager, National Segment Manager, Inside Sales, distributor reps and distributor A&D reps • Provide interaction with local distributor branches to facilitate project tracking, execution of A&D initiatives and distributor specification representative coaching • Knowledge of Territory/Assigned Markets Preferred • Demonstrated Ability to Provide Solutions to Customers • Ability to Present Value Propositions to Overcome Price Discussions/Negotiations • Effectively Balance Internal Relationships with External Customer Demands • Partner with distributors to facilitate project tracking, train and develop specifications/sales associates on products/new line launches, and act as liaison between Formica and distribution • Manage the architectural and design specification process • Create awareness for the Formica brand and products within the architectural, design and specification communities • Obtain specifications for Formica’s family of products • Identify high value projects in the planning stages to target for sales • Assist Formica personnel in bringing those projects to close • Assist/ educate applicators, installers and dealers relative to the beneficial use of Formica branded products • Communicate and collaborate with the sales organization to ensure promotion of Formica’s brand and products resulting in revenue creation • Support Territory Managers at the dealer level to increase sales of Formica products • Work with the Marketing organization to develop promotional tools • Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives
