• Lead Market Engagement & Business Development in Africa • Identify, nurture, and secure new funded partnerships with public health stakeholders, donors, and industry partners • Expand and strengthen existing partnerships to maximise impact • Develop and execute strategies to position our solutions effectively in African markets • Support Global Market Access & BD • Contribute to global market access strategies, including APAC, ensuring alignment across regions • Engage with governments, regulators, and multilateral organisations to enable product adoption and scale • Advise on regulatory and government affairs in key markets to accelerate access • Build and maintain strong networks across the African public health ecosystem, particularly malaria-focused organisations • Represent the organisation in high-level engagements with WHO and other multinationals to advance product recommendations • Support CEO and senior leadership in strategic initiatives, stakeholder management, and global communications • Develop compelling proposals, pitches, and partnership frameworks to attract funding and collaboration • Drive ideation and research to identify new lines of business and innovative opportunities • Represent the organisation in selected public fora, conferences, and media engagements • Champion initiatives to convene innovators and build collaborative ecosystems • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strong execution of market access plans • Provide regular progress reporting and contribute to internal strategy discussions
