• Schedule assigned aircraft into maintenance and coordinate events with other individuals, departments and outside vendors. • Provides single point of contact and control for all maintenance events. • Evaluate reported aircraft discrepancies and develop an appropriate recovery plan (AOG). • Capable of conveying a high level of technical support to flight crews and MX vendors. • Administer and control the use of Minimum Equipment List (MEL) and Configuration Deviation List (CDL) to ensure flight safety and regulatory compliance. • Open/track work orders and record maintenance compliance in the appropriate tracking program. • Monitor aircraft cycles and flight hours to ensure time-sensitive inspections, scheduled maintenance, or MEL/CDL expiration times do not lapse. • Review aircraft work packages to ensure compliance with all applicable FARs and General Maintenance Manual procedures. • Responsible for releasing aircraft for RTS in accordance with company and FAA guidelines. • Perform Vendor audits as required, to comply with FAA regulations. • Identify and evaluate opportunities to perform maintenance (Clear MELs or preventative MX) when operational schedules permit. • Coordinate administrative processes for aircraft ferry permit authorization. • Determine and supply required manuals and tasks for aircraft repair to vendors. • Travel and oversight for large maintenance events. • Other duties as assigned by the management team based on business needs.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance control operations for the Thrive Aviation’s Fleet. • Ensures Maintenance Control conducts themselves within the guidelines of company policies, work rules, and regulatory regulation. • Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements regarding aircraft maintenance. • Provides coaching, counseling, and guidance to Maintenance Controllers. • Ensures the proper paperwork is provided and filed for component overhauls, aircraft communication/navigation equipment certifications, and associated components in accordance with Thrive Aviation manuals, manufacturer’s manuals, bulletins, and orders. • Ensures proper execution of an Airworthiness Release. • Responsible for signing for the accomplishment of work on applicable work forms and records. • Processes all necessary paperwork as mandated by regulation. • Creates and maintain budgets for maintenance operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals. • Delegates assigned work in an expeditious manner, exercising sound judgement in executing each work project. • Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management to provide updates on maintenance activities and address any concerns. • Make critical decisions in fast paced environment to ensure the safety and airworthiness of the fleet. • Foster Thrive Aviation’s culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement within the maintenance department.

• Oversee the hiring, training, and daily management of our Sales Team • Lead the teams to exceeding revenue goals through ad-hoc charter sales, as well as strategic industry partnerships • Meets their own individual sales quota. • Constantly seek and structure opportunities to increase efficiency in the sales cycle • Identify and close on strategic partnerships within the 135 industry • Lead and nurture current partnerships • Coach and develop charter sales executives for continued professional growth • Collaborate with executive team, operational teams, and marketing on growing revenue channels • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policy and applicable laws, including but not limited to interviewing, selection, hiring, training, scheduling, appraising, rewarding, disciplining, mentoring, and terminating employees • Assist with the development and rollout of departmental targets, goals, and KPIs • Assist Marketing team with ensuring that the use and distribution of all marketing support materials are relevant and correct to include industry websites, aircraft flyers, website, sales CRM, quoting software, etc. • Remain current on company and competitor product offerings, aircrafts, charter pricing, and travel trends • Represent the company in a professional manner at trade shows and industry/marketing events
