• Develop, publish, and maintain a consistent posting schedule across Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms • Identify trending topics, market news, and timely events and convert them into concise, platform-native posts • Create original content that is informative, clear, and optimized for engagement and shareability • Recognize patterns in viral content and apply them intentionally • Stay up to date with financial markets, macro events, and trading-related news • Ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with Flux Charts’ brand voice • Track post-level metrics including reach, engagement, and follower growth • Analyze performance to identify what content formats and topics work best • Adjust posting strategy, formats, and timing based on data • Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content creation • Coordinate with product and growth teams on campaigns and announcements • Maintain a clear content calendar with full execution ownership

• Write modular, documented and maintainable Pine Script code following best practices • Understand technical outlines for indicators and implement in Pine Script • Understand and implement trading concepts and strategies in Pine Script • Communicate with traders and non-technical people to successfully implement their ideas • Contribute to business strategy, prioritization, and product planning. • Serve as a technical voice in executive decisions and help define our technology roadmap
