Role Description If you're a strategist who's tired of being the smartest person in the room but never the one who sets the direction - this role was built for you. We're hiring an experienced Client Growth Strategist to own the revenue growth strategy for a portfolio of flooring and home services clients. You'll be the person who connects the dots between business goals, channel strategy, great execution, and real outcomes - all while building strong, long-term client relationships. A core part of how we drive growth is through the Endless Customers framework by Marcus Sheridan. Our strategists don't just know it - they champion it. Why Is This Role Different? - You're not joining a generalist agency that does a bit of everything for anyone. - FPM operates in one niche - flooring retailers, and we've built a real system inside it. - You'll have genuine ownership - real strategic authority over a portfolio of clients. - You set the direction. The team executes. You're accountable for the outcome. Qualifications - 5+ years in marketing, brand development or business development - Demonstrated experience driving measurable revenue outcomes - Strong understanding of funnels, paid media, SEO/content, and conversion optimization - Hands-on experience personally building, managing, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta campaigns with real budgets - Familiarity with the Endless Customers (formerly They Ask, You Answer) framework by Marcus Sheridan - Comfortable working with small-to-mid-sized businesses - Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team - Comfortable with marketing automation/CRM tools (GoHighLevel experience is a plus) - Strong working knowledge of AI tools to enhance strategy and marketing output quality Requirements - You've owned marketing strategy for clients, not just executed it - You're comfortable presenting performance data to a business owner and telling them what it means - You've personally managed Google or Meta ad campaigns with real budgets - You've read They Ask, You Answer and it changed how you think - You want a senior seat with real ownership, not another account coordinator title - You thrive in a niche - we work exclusively with flooring retailers and home services businesses Benefits - Flexible PTO - 100% Remote - work from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada - Professional development - we invest in your growth through courses, books, and learning resources - Quarterly virtual team building - Performance bonus structure - currently in development Company Description FlooringPros Marketing is a strategy-led digital marketing agency built for flooring retailers and shop-at-home flooring businesses.
