Role Description We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who will take full ownership of our social media presence with one clear goal: grow our channels and build a community around modern interior design and modular furniture. Tasks What you will do: - Content & Channel Growth - Develop and execute a content strategy for Instagram (and if possible TikTok and Pinterest as well). - Create, schedule and publish content (we can provide images and you create the storytelling around them). - Grow our follower base and engagement rate with a clear monthly growth plan. - Analyze performance weekly and adjust strategy based on data. - Influencer & Cooperation Management - Research and identify interior design influencers, architects, interior stylists and home decor creators in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). - Reach out to influencers, negotiate cooperations and manage the full process from first contact to content delivery. - Organize product placements, unboxings, room makeovers and other collaboration formats. - Community & Brand - Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs. - Monitor trends in the interior design and furniture space. - Bring ideas for campaigns and content series that drive engagement and reach. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience managing social media (either for your own successful channel or for a brand). - Proven track record of growing a social media channel (show us the numbers). - Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms and best practices. - Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus but not required). - Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership. - Available for at least 20 hours per week.
