Role Description We are on the lookout for a talented and ambitious sales strategist able to bring our one-of-a-kind resident engagement platform to market. You’ll be responsible for creating relationships and executing portfolio-wide deals with the most influential decision makers and property management companies in the multifamily industry. We are a small team looking for self-starters and doers! Flamingo is emerging from an early-stage, below-the-radar product development phase in our growth, and is now poised for significant expansion. Role Description We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to help with the following: - Improve Marketplace Conversion Rate of Marketplace Accounts from Account Creation > First Event Book > Repeat Booking > Marketplace Subscription - Onboard new customers if they don’t book first event within 7 days - Improve repeat bookings & get repeat bookings if someone stops booking - Upsell repeat bookers to get a subscription - Manage event customer service issues - e.g. reaching out to someone that left review of 3/5 or less - Manage Customer Success of VIP Event Marketplace Partnerships Accounts - Ensure 100% onboarding and training of their buildings - Organize Quarterly Employee Engagement Events - Provide meaningful updates to decision makers - Drive upsells to event subscriptions - App Set Up & Quality Assurance of New App Accounts - Work with customers to get their app fully set up to ensure successful adoption - Complete basic customer training and education for platform navigation - Monitor customer software use and take action to ensure 100% of customers are benefiting from the platform - Identify and implement process improvement projects that improve efficiency, conversions, customer satisfaction, and revenue - Identify and recommend platform improvements that improve efficiency, conversions, customer satisfaction, and revenue - Inbox Management - Accounts Receivable Management - Insurance Compliance Management for Marketplace Accounts - Generate Google and G2 Reviews from happy marketplace customers - Other things that come up Qualifications - Full English Fluency - Experience working in startup and remote - Independent - Analytic and self-driven - College Educated

For this role, you’ll be selling the basic version of Flamingo’s Resident App — a simple but powerful app that lets residents access everything they need from one place. This is a full-cycle Account Executive role designed for top-performing SDRs with 1–2 years of outbound experience who are ready to own deals end-to-end. - Run high-volume outbound sales—80–100 cold calls per day, daily demos, and consistent closes. - Motivated by clear metrics, real accountability, and uncapped upside. - If you are looking for inbound leads, a slow ramp, or a low-pressure environment, this is NOT the role for you. Key Responsibilities - High-Volume Cold Calling: - Use a power dialer to make 80–100 dials/day into assigned building lists. - Drive first-touch conversations, qualify decision-makers, and pitch Flamingo’s Resident-Led Events App. - Log every call and outcome in HubSpot CRM. - Pipeline Generation & Conversion: - Generate 20+ qualified meetings/month through consistent outbound activity. - Maintain high connect and conversation rates by adapting talk tracks and overcoming objections. - Product Demos & Closing: - Run live demos (4–5/week) with property managers and regional decision-makers. - Present value clearly and handle objections. - Close ~6 new paying communities per month (~$21.6K ARR). - CRM Hygiene & Follow-Up: - Keep every account fully documented: call notes, decision-maker info, lead status. - Follow up with hot leads and nurture accounts that aren’t ready yet. - Sales Collaboration: - Work closely with Leadership, Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging, targeting, and feedback loops. - Continuous Learning: - Stay up to date on Flamingo’s product, customer success stories, industry news, and competitors. Qualifications - 1–3 years in a full-cycle sales or high-volume outbound SDR/AE role. - Comfort with 80–100 dials/day using a power dialer. - Track record of setting meetings and closing deals from cold outreach. - Strong objection handling and resilience — can handle rejection and push through. - Excellent communication skills, both phone and email. - Self-motivated and disciplined with a metrics-first mindset. - Ownership mentality – you take pride in your work and results. - Positive, coachable and eager to learn.
