Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AML / Back Office Officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring daily transactions, identifying suspicious activity, investigating client behavior, and ensuring internal controls are followed with precision. You will work closely with the Head of AML to flag risks, detect fraud, and maintain high compliance standards across our client base. Key Responsibilities - Review and process withdrawal requests, ensuring all approvals comply with company policies and AML procedures. - Identify and investigate suspicious behavior, abuse, fraudulent activity, or attempts to bypass internal systems. - Communicate with clients and internal departments when clarifications or supporting documentation is required. - Apply internal restrictions to accounts when necessary and escalate high-risk or complex cases. - Monitor transactions that exceed predefined thresholds and assist in preparing case summaries. - Assist in enforcing internal controls such as transaction monitoring, velocity checks, and abuse flags. - Collaborate closely with the Dealing, Support, and Compliance teams to ensure effective risk mitigation. Requirements - Experience in an AML, Compliance, Fraud, or Back Office function, preferably within the fintech industry. - Solid understanding of KYC/AML procedures and regulatory requirements. - Proven experience in reviewing client activity, including withdrawals, trading behavior, and deposit history. - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure during time-sensitive reviews. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment, including weekend coverage as per schedule. - Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage. - Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion, integrity, and professionalism. Ideal Candidate Profile - Has a keen eye for detail and enjoys identifying patterns, inconsistencies, or suspicious behavior. - Takes ownership of tasks, works independently, and knows when to escalate issues. - Is discreet and trustworthy, capable of handling confidential financial data and investigations. - Understands the importance of response time, especially in fraud or urgent cases. - Is a quick learner, adaptable to internal systems and comfortable with CRM platforms. - Has a genuine interest in AML, financial crime prevention, and compliance. - Thrives in team environments and actively shares relevant information across departments. - Has experience in fintech. - Is familiar with client P&L analysis, withdrawal risk assessments, or suspicious activity reviews. - Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

This is a high-visibility role suited for someone who lives and breathes the financial markets, can translate complex ideas into clear insights, and is comfortable being the public face of a global fintech brand. Key Responsibilities Market Research & Analysis Monitor global financial markets across FX, indices, commodities, equities and macroeconomic developments. Produce daily, weekly, and monthly market analysis reports, forecasts, and commentary. Identify market trends, trading opportunities, and risk factors relevant to our clients. Develop thematic deep-dives (e.g., macro outlooks, sector trends, crypto market structure analysis). Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, PR) to ensure accuracy and alignment of all market-related communications. Content Creation Write high-quality market analysis articles, newsletters, and research briefs. Produce short-form and long-form commentary suitable for social media, blogs, and client communications. Prepare visual market insights – charts, infographics, and data-driven storytelling. Support educational content (market explainers, trading insights, video scripts). Media Representation Act as the face of the company in financial media. Provide expert commentary for TV interviews, radio, press quotes, podcasts, and webinars. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets. Participate in industry events, conferences, and panel discussions as a company representative. Internal Collaboration Work closely with PR & Communications to ensure consistent narratives. Align insights with product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives. Provide internal briefings to leadership regarding market conditions and emerging risks. Required Skills & Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Professional certifications (CFA, CMT, etc.) are a plus.
