Client Onboarding & PSP Operations

Role Description A hands-on position for someone who takes full ownership of their work. You'll manage end-to-end merchant onboarding — completing PSP application forms, structuring documentation, and working directly with merchants and payment providers to keep things moving. If you take initiative, communicate confidently, and know how to get things across the line, this role is for you. - Managing multiple merchant onboarding pipelines simultaneously at different stages - Completing and submitting PSP and bank onboarding application forms - Collecting, reviewing, and structuring KYC/KYB and corporate documentation - Communicating directly with PSPs, banks, and merchants — handling follow-ups, queries, and objections - Ensuring documentation and business narratives meet PSP onboarding requirements - Tracking pipeline progress and flagging risks early - Improving onboarding processes and workflows on an ongoing basis Qualifications - Background in client onboarding, KYC/KYB, or financial services operations - Comfortable with corporate documentation and multi-jurisdiction business structures - Exposure to high-risk merchant categories such as forex, prop trading, gaming, or crypto is a strong advantage - Understanding of what payment providers look for when reviewing and approving merchant applications - B2B merchant-facing experience is a plus - Strong written communicator, highly organised, and able to work independently Benefits - High-impact role with full ownership - Work closely with global PSPs and financial partners - Flexible remote setup (EU-based) - Fast-paced, execution-driven environment - Important: This is not an administrative role. Payments Operations Manager

Role Description We are looking for a Client Onboarding & PSP Operations Manager to take full ownership of the client onboarding process — from document collection to successful PSP and bank approvals.
