• Develop and implement the business plan tailored to South African market dynamics, including corridor expansion and enterprise penetration. • Own revenue, margin, and country P&L. • Drive acquisition of strategic clients, renewals and high-value accounts. • Build deep partnerships with banks, fintechs, PSPs, wallets, remitters, marketplaces and enterprise clients. • Ensure compliance with South African regulatory requirements (FSCA, SARB compliance, licensing, AML/KYC standards). • Ensure smooth end-to-end customer journeys with strong retention, uptime, SLAs and customer satisfaction. • Monitor market trends, competitor moves, and local customer behavior. • Represent the company in industry forums, with regulators, partners and press.
• Strategic partner relationships across China • Cross-border payment enablement (collections, payouts, FX); supporting onboarding, product adoption, and expansion • Manage escalations and provide structured updates • Coordinate with Product, Compliance, and Engineering teams • Partner growth, retention, and expansion • On-ground representation of Fincra at meetings and industry events
