• Du wirst zum Mitarchitekt unserer Skalierung. • Du baust die Performance-Maschine, die jeden Monat vorhersehbar Leads & Umsatz liefert. • Nach 12–24 Monaten sollst du stolz sagen können: 👉 „Ich war der Performance Marketer, der Finally Freelancing auf 10 Mio. gebracht hat.“ • Kampagnenaufbau, Testing, Skalierung. • Budgetmanagement im hohen 6-stelligen Bereich. • tägliche Optimierung nach KPIs. • Aufbau neuer Funnels. • A/B Testing. • Tracking-Struktur (Pixel, Events, GA4, UTMs). • Du arbeitest eng mit Maruan & unserem Videografen zusammen: du sagst, welche Creatives wir brauchen. • Du testest und iterierst.

• Your mission • You will become a co-architect of our scaling. • The founder (Maruan) brings strategy, messaging & creative power. • You will build the performance machine that delivers predictable leads & revenue every month. • After 12–24 months you should be able to proudly say: 👉 “I was the performance marketer who helped Finally Freelancing reach 10M.” • Paid Ads – Meta • This is your playground. • You own: campaign setup, testing, scaling. • Creative testing & performance angles. • Budget management in the high six-figure range. • Retargeting & full-funnel strategies. • Daily KPI-driven optimization. • Hypotheses & experiments. • Funnel building & optimization (FunnelCockpit). • You are responsible for: building new funnels. • Optimizing existing customer journeys. • A/B testing. • Copy + structure (base by you, fine-tuning with Maruan). • Technical implementation and clean automation. • Tracking structure (pixels, events, GA4, UTMs). • You don't build “landing pages”. You build the engine of revenue. • Tracking & analytics. • You ensure that we: have real performance tracking. • know every number. • uncover every bottleneck. • make data-driven decisions. • No black box. No “I think so”. Only clarity → scaling. • Creative collaboration. • You work closely with Maruan & our videographer: you specify which creatives we need. • The videographer delivers the videos. • You test and iterate. • Joint brainstorms with Maruan. • You bring the data. We bring the creativity. Together you build a conversion machine.
