Role Description Fidelman & Company is seeking a driven and personable Investor Development Representative to join our team. As an Investor Development Representative, you will be responsible for: - Conducting cold investor outreach (call and email) - Liaising between investors and our clients - Reporting and managing investor databases - Collaborating with our experienced Investment Banking team to provide exceptional service to our clients Responsibilities include: - Initiating contact and engaging with qualified investors through email and phone calls - Utilizing direct sales techniques to effectively communicate client's capital raise - Coordinating meetings between investors and client stakeholders - Tracking interactions, follow-up, and reporting on outcomes - Identifying and developing relationships with new investors to promote our clients’ investment opportunities - Maintaining an up-to-date database of investor contacts - Responding to investor inquiries and creating reports that document investor feedback, concerns, and suggestions Qualifications - Experience in investment banking or sales is an asset - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences - Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment - Proficiency with MS Office applications and CRM's is an asset - Bachelor's Degree - Located in North America
